In 2015-2016, Ottawa Community Housing Corporation conducted a tenant satisfaction survey to gain a better understanding of tenants and what their levels of satisfaction were with their homes and services. The survey initiative was conducted as part of the tenant experience project of the organization. The intent is to utilize the survey results to gauge OCH's level of responsiveness to OCH commitments, to improve services and develop standards. The 2015 survey will serve as the baseline assessment with follow up surveys to be conducted periodically (every 18-36 months). See pages 118 to 138 of the document for information pertaining to Tenant Satisfaction. Questionnaire instrument is available here. This questionnaire was developed, designed and used by OCH.
