The paper is divided into four main parts. Part A looks at the value of different aspects of housing quality and housing tenure. Well being measures along with different indicators of housing quality are assessed. Part B focuses on non-housing interventions. Part C provides a framework and examples of how the results and values derived in Part A and B can be used to inform policy decisions for housing associations. Part D provides concluding remarks to the report and Part E makes suggestions for future research and work in the area of the social value of housing.
