In our 4th series of Expiry of Operating Agreement (EOA) events; over a 130 participants from across Ontario and Canada came together to build their collective capacity, exchange information, learn from housing organizations, and share practices to address the issues and opportunities in planning for a post-expiry environment.

Participants gained valuable insights on:

• Planning for EOA and/or end of debentures
• Actions and strategies others in the sector are using to address expiry
• Lessons learned and how to apply these within your own organizations
