WORKING WITH PUBLIC/PRIVATE
Regeneration of communities need buy-in from all members but more importantly establishing partnerships with multiple stakeholders is a necessity to effectively deliver housing. This section has resources about varying partnerships in the housing sector- public-private, collaborating to leverage alternative financing sources, engaging with organizations to facilitate affordable housing development and bridging the agencies and systems to connect resident to services.
