The SHARE (Sustainable Housing Asset Resource Exchange) initiative focuses on key asset renewal issues facing the social and affordable housing sector and is a vehicle to share what is taking place in Ontario, Canada and internationally. Spearheaded by Housing Services Corporation (Asset Management and Renewal Unit), SHARE provides you with access to insight, best practices and approaches to asset management and is a vehicle to share and get you engaged with what is taking place on asset renewal issues in Ontario, Canada and internationally through:

A SHARE Online Resource Hub focused on asset management and renewal strategies from experts and organizations across the sector. Here Service Managers,housing providers,researchers, government representatives and the public can access and share tools, resources and best practices related to asset renewal. The website provides access to resources and in three areas: Expiry of Operating Agreements, Building Capacity , and Community Revitalization

SHARE Events that enable in-depth discussions on topics focused on the long-term sustainability of housing, as well as the opportunity to re-engage with key speakers from the Regeneration Forum. SHARE events include a Webinar Series and Innovation Series that lead up to HSC Regeneration forum 2016.
